I work with clients at home or on the road, or at a gym of your choosing. Initially, I will meet you for a free consultation which includes a fitness assessment and a goal setting discussion. I will design your fitness program based on the goals we set. We will work through this fitness program together during our first two sessions. If we need to continue working together, we will. If you are confident in the fitness program, then you can continue on your own for the next four weeks. After the four weeks have passed, we will meet two more times to learn a new program.
